War

I pledge I will fight intellectually to end wars. If I were to someday support a war, it would be a defensive one, && I wouldn't play chess with the lives of our military protectors. I would fight alongside them, on the front-lines, because I could not maintain my honor by asking anyone else to fight for something I'm unwilling to fight for myself.

Think of all the war movies where top leaders fight valiantly (e.g., Gladiator, Alexander, Last Samurai, Lord of the Rings, etc. and the counter-example of Troy). This is obviously the honorable and commendable approach to combat; tragically this approach is one which our recent military commanders couldn't be bothered with.

Honesty

I pledge to be as completely honest about every single issue.

Freedom

I pledge to increase national and global freedom in every reasonable way I can.

Justice

I pledge to seek justice in every decision I make.

Leadership

I pledge to lead by example in every way possible.
